| Note | One very nice and selected specimen of Fissurella cumingi. Large Fissurella species are actively collected by fishermen, so they often have nicks and damages on the border of the lip, and they are always found with scurria scars on the shells. This particular specimen has a nice lip with small chips, and a natural, lightly cleaned dorsum which has a Scurria parasitica still attached, as can be seen in the images. A low initial price for a very nice specimen of Fissurella cumingi with an attached Scurria parasitica. |
