| Note | SPECIAL BANDED WOOOOOW!! Super rare seen banded forms in this species with so elegant and clear bands all around, Marvelous design. Most of the row spies are fully with multiple micro scales between. The wing lip is so intact and perfectly spiny. Fully sutured pink color in the inner lip and outer lip with very black stunning spots around. Intact lip and apex. Heavy and massive really impressive piece of art. Specimens from Mexico can be smaller than Centro and South America reaching 190mm. The Population in Cuastecomates are much smaller, but fully adult. Specimens are not bigger than 130mm. This specimen is a great size with his 106.3mm . Seldom seen species. Some minor defects like small natural chip in some spines, micro holes almost lost between and light erosion around spire as usual not detracting this seldom seen and unique piece. F+++. For advancer collectors. Found buried between stones with mud about 5m deep. Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. January 2025.
