| Note | One large specimen of the limpet Crepipatella dilatata. This species lives attached to other shells (particularly mytilids) or rocks, and it is rather common in the subtidal. This specimen has a perfect septum but a rather covered and lightly cleaned dorsum, and it was collected attached to communities of the tunicate Pyura chilensis by fishermen. A low price for a giant specimen of C. dilatata, one of the largest that I have obtained ever. |
