| Note | Giant from South Australia. Giant, heavy, very colorful, fully mature shell. Soft growth lines on the back, no blisters. Perfect canals. a few tiny well overglazed sand grains on the base, otherwise Gem. F+++. Shell is faded over the years already. No more color loss - very big concern for Zoila collectors. Live collected by diver in 2008 at 9 meters near Roxby Island, Sir Joseph Banks Group off Port Lincoln - Great White Shark capital of Australia. Hard to get this specie in size over 90 mm. in any conditions in modern days. Gem shell like this would be well over 1000 euro. |
