| Note | CALYPTRAEIDAE - Crepidula aculeata (Gmelin, 1791). SHINY VENTRAL SIDE WITH SPINY CONDITIONS!! This species attaches itself to anything and grows according to the shape where it develops!! Hard to get specimens with beautiful natural conditions. Seldom offered species with the best conditions, some drill holes not really detractong the beauty. F++. Found attached under stones in the coastline at extremely low tide. Playa Piratas, near Arroyo Seco, Jalisco, Mexico. January 2025. Value for this hard good conditions to get and elegant ventral shiny side: 12-14 euro. MEXICO PACIFIC. |
