NoteBrilliantly colored specimen with rich dorsal hues, classic large lateral wall/marginal spotting decorated on burnt orange primary hues, superb form and a super deep sparkling glassy nacre. Super shape with notable inflation with modest rostration as viewed in the images. This shell demonstrates some primary clay grey/blue primary hues dorsally. The specimen also shows mild marginal tuberculation with an impressive glossy base. Harvested by Scuba diver at 12-15 meters sitting on sponges off Albany, Western Australia circa 2015. The shell shows a self repaired area on anterior labral extremity. Grade: F+++/GEM.
