In the area west of the Southern Zuytdorp Cliffs and to the east of Big Bank it is populated by dwarf rosselli and ketyana. This is northwest of Kalbarri. This small but solid rosselli was ROV collected from 78 metres of water west of the Southern Zuytdorp Cliffs during May 2024. A lovely intense black shell with amber dorsal window. This form of rosselli we find in the same area as we collect praeclara off the southern Zuytdorp Cliffs. They are consistently very small with small narrow dorsal windows. Described as a new rosselli variant by Marco Chiapponi in the last few months. The shell is graded Fine+++ due to some tiny nacre windows to labial side of the posterior siphon, however hard to see. This are is indicated by a green arrow in the photos.
