| Note | Moderately large and strikingly strong dark brown/sienna colored specimen with complex super delicate foliated fronds fringed in a silhouette of white. The florifer has a pink apex and white spire. Perfectly balanced form with a dynamic array of foliate spines. The shell demonstrates a flawless protoconch, spire, aperture and siphonal canal. Collected by Scuba diver Paul Kanner in shallow water in mangroves off St. George's Caye, Belize in 5/1993. Original hand-written data slip from Paul included. There is a mini-nick of the siphon tip. Grade: F+++/GEM. |
