| Note | Gorgeous rare specimen with spreading lavender and pink fluted varices, pink apex, strongly corded body whorl and flawless siphonal canal. The shell shows excellent form, symmetry and balance of varices. The shell was collected on a night dive at 25-28 meters off Orote Cliffs, Guam, north Pacific Ocean. This is a superb specimen for this species. The shell visually suggests slight wear of the trailing varix. Grade: GEM minus. |
