NoteHere is a SUPERB PATTERNED example of this RARELY OFFERED subspecies of B.stolida. The classic soft blue/green colour is wonderful and makes the DARK RARE DOUBLE BLOTCH stand out. Typically this subspecies has a small uniform marking on the dorsum but this specimen has a STRIKING PAIR of marking which make for a super UNIQUE shell. Lovely brown/orange, calloused margins surround this shell with PERFECT CANALS at either end of this specimen.Gem-/F+++ with some soft lines on the dorsum. Live taken under dead coral pieces on reef top at 13m. Dampier Archipelago, W.A. October 2025 *White marks are from camera reflection. Please ask about further images*
