| Note | Hyper-glossy, mature, moderately heavy glowing jeaniana/sherlyae with intense dorsal pattern and light blue/grey/cream primary dorsal coloration complemented by large elegant dark spotting on the lateral walls. The jeaniana shows a thick crystal clear nacre like polished crystal with a gorgeous dorsum and extremities. The shell is highlighted by modest rostration, moderate marginal tuberculation and glazed pitch black hued base. It shows a moderate/heavy weight/size ratio with a wonderful distribution of dorsal black maculae and spots fringed in brown. Collected with skill by diver Callum Edinger in 33 meters on a blue Spirastrella sponge off Point Quobba, Western Australia in 5/2020. Data slip from Callum included. The Zoila is a deluxe beauty and hard to fault. Grade: GEM. |
