NoteHere is a SUPER ELEGANT SPINED example of this incredible Spondylidae. A DELIGHTFUL PINK & WHITE top valve is covered with EXTRAORDINARY DELICATE LONG SPINES which extend onto the bottom valve which is just as appealing as the top! Exceptional condition with just some minimal damage to the spines being the only flaws that I can see. Live taken on sandy/rubble bottom on edge of sponge garden reef at 17m. Dampier Archipelago W.A.
