| Note | One very nice specimen of Trochita trochiformis. These snails live on rocks and on the shells of other snail species. They usually have very ugly shells, but the present specimen is in excellent condition, showing the nice sculpture and preserving most of its periostracum and having an almost perfect septum (lip), which is often broken (I have seen many specimens online with very broken lips). The dorsum has some spirorbid shells which can be cleaned further with some patience. A low initial price for an interesting and hard to obtain specimen of Trochita trochiformis.
