| Note | GEM. SUCH A DELICATE LEMON! Most memiae seen are in cream, pink and brown coloration. This is one of the uncommon fine yellow memiae of which a few were found each year at the golden time of tangle netting. Today, these are rarities and we do not expect to see more than one a year - or none - as things are going now. From the 29 memiae figured in the literature, only Rockel, Korn & Kohn (1995, Fig. 5) shows a yellow memiae, but it is a younger shell with a big growth mark. Rarissime and beautiful.
