| Note | GEM. A GRAND RARITY IN CONIDAE: THE ALBINO ARMADILLO. This is an extremely rare color variant of the armadillo, which we know from only 7 pieces: we assume that there are less than a dozen worldwide. The present shell looks albino, but at close examination and under very strong light one can detect a brownish growth mark, not a stress mark, and very light darker points, remnants from the pattern. Very beautiful. Super elegant.
