A set of pretty turbo's with emerald green radial and white stripes collected from weedy reef in two metres of water at Edithburgh on the Yorke Pennisula in South Australia.
Virtually never gem due to the violent habitat. This set has some chips and wear.
Known in Southern Australia as the periwinkle shell. It has collected and eaten as a food source by indigenous Australians in the past. They are still recreational fished and eaten.
