| Note | THE LONGEST SPINES WOOOOOW!! Incredible Extended long spines in the lip side. The spines are brown but the tips are completely white. The most crazy combination of white background color form and dark brown varices color form, all spines are complete with the best conditions for the species. Spiny form specimen for every aesthetic collectors. Some light tiny erosion near apex side but completely spire-apex. Homalocnatha oxyacantha with unique and extraordinary spines. Do not miss this unique opportunity. This species can usually reach sizes over 70mm on the Central American side and has a wide distribution from Mexico to Peru. In Mexico there are large sizes as well but most populations are small but truly adult individuals, larges sizes are always broken, with several erosion and no spines. I have found congregations of up to 20 individuals mating and they are less than 30mm sometimes. But they are usually solitary. The real thing for this seldom seen species and so hard to clean with ultrasonic. For advancer collectors. F+++-F++. Found in muddy bottom attached between stones about 7m deep.
