| Note | One nice specimen of Trochita trochiformis. These snails live on rocks and on the shells of other snail species. They usually have very ugly shells, but the present specimen is rather nice for the species, collected fresh dead with a nice septum with a bit of damage and a dorsum of the shell with most of its periostracum but with a bit of erosion in the apex. A very low price for an interesting specimen. |
