Spectacular pattern of atypically broad axial lines, formed with rare regularity and clarity. Rich yellowish cream ground. Hypermature – extremely solid for the species. Rarely do I urge acquisition, but should a dedicated Volutidae specialist desire a specimen in a completely different league to virtually every other known example, then THIS is the shell to purchase.
