| Note | Superb hyper-glazed Zoila with a pleasing dorsal pattern, immaculate nacre gloss and high black/chocolate brown lateral walls. Although a smaller specimen, it is a classic beauty. The shell shows a dark dorsal mottled pattern deep black/cream chocolate brown extremites, thick rounded margins and an impressive burnt orange pigmented base. The shell has perfect extremities, base and shows astounding symmetry and form. Taken by Scuba diver at 10 meters off Edithburgh, South Australia in 2002. The Zoila shows a mild negligible blemish on posterior columellar margin. Grade: GEM minus. |
