Note | Collected over forty years ago, when valentia was still one of the rarest and most desirable shells in the world, this superb smaller specimen of the Papua New Guinea form is now rarer than larger, fresher examples from the Philippines. Markedly symmetrical ovate pyriform proportions. Superb high margins.
