This a phenomena of leporicypraea and probably my favourite with its unrivalled beauty. From the old days, the Philppine specimen grabs one's immediate attention with opalized porcelain. The base completely purple-pink, an indicator of the finest opalization. Lucious candy-pink to the perfect terminals. A curvy mantle line completes the picture. Ultra-callous. Unbelievably-mature. Rarely seen like this anymore and only from old collections. I can't find any blemeishes. Grade: Gem. Provenance: from my own collection. Live taken; Palawan, Philippines. |
