| Note | Two nice specimens of Nassarius gayii. This is an interesting Nassarius species which lives buried in sand or mud in protected places. The lot consists of two very nice specimens collected fresh dead among algae rubble in a beach in northern Chile, there is some little erosion on the apex as it can be seen in the images, but they are in excellent condition and are very large for the species. A low price for an interesting species from the SE Pacific Ocean. |
