NoteDead collected specimen ROV'd from silty sand with very sparse sessile growth in 120 metres of water. Found west north west of Thevenard Island. A good sized perlae, rarely offered as dead specimen with a dark green/tan background covered in dark brown spots with matching siphons and an apricot base. Graded Fine as it has a growth interruption to the dorsum and erosion. The siphons are perfect. I do not anticipate collecting further specimens given how remote the habitat is, the cost and effort of accessing that location and at my age nearing retirement.
