One interesting live-taken specimen of Trochita trochiformis. These snails live on rocks and over the shells of other snail species. They usually have very ugly dorsum of the shells, like the specimen presented here, but this specimen is a live-collected specimen with a perfect septum and no damage. This particular specimen was collected on a rock by a diver. A low price for an interesting species. It can be cleaned further as it was only lightly cleaned with brushes and soap.
