| Note | This ultra-large specimen of this classic rarity was one of the very first examples obtained during the initial deep-diving off Natal back in the early 1990s. Markedly inflated ovate form. Beautiful subtle colours: dorsum suffused with delicate pink. Spectacular margins. Hypermature: extremely solid and heavy for size. Typical minor imperfections and light lines are the reason for the Fine+ grading. A very rare opportunity for a collector to set their own price for what is now one of the most expensive and desirable of all cowrie species.
