NoteA VIBRANT BLUE HALO sits a top the grey margins which encircles the classically mottled dorsum. This high humped shell is typical of the high profile reef population which surround Rottnest Island. Gem- with some very minor dorsal imperfections but hardly noticeable. Live taken amongst sponges and other marine growth on the side of a large limestone boulder in high profile reef at 22m. Salmon Bay, South of Rottnest Island, W.A. January 2025
