NoteA pretty spectacular praeclara with a very dark dorsum, black base and magic high apricot colored sides with intense black spots. the shell has soft folds on it's sides and nacre pimple on it's anterior dorsum. Unfortunately the shell has had a hard time during collection resulting in scratching of the nacre and 1.0 x 1.5mm chip in the nacre on it's labial side as indicated by the green arrow in the photo of the shells labial side. The scratches are not obvious when the shell is held in your hand but can be readily seen under magnification. Fine+.
