| Note | In my point of view, the most desirable species of mappa and also the rarest. Only a very few specimens are found nowadays.. For me, This specimen can be classified F++/F+++ for an old scar that have been healed by the animal and hides in the pattern (mentioned by the green arrow), otherwise there is no other flaw and with perfect tips.
Collected at 26 m deep at the entrance of a cave, on the exterior wall of Punaauia reef (01/2018). From my own collection. |
