| Note | Richly pigmented specimen with impressive colors, and incredible blue grey/ antique white supernaturalexplosive dorsal line, amazing overall pattern, form and hyper-glossy nacre like a precious stone. A sight to hold and appreciate in hand, espacially when viewing the deep dorsal pigmentation. Super shape/symmetry with strong inflation and exceptional rostration. The labral lateral wall spotting on the columellar wall is nothing short of spectacular as confirmed by images. Collected by Scuba diver at 20 meters resting on sponges on a reef wall off Esperance, Western Australia in 4/2009. There is evident a self-repaired and re-glazed divot area on the posterior columellar extremity tip, as seen in the central image on the second figure. Grade: F+++/GEM minus. |
