Note | This speciman was swam past many times before I noticed only one Respiratory pore.
These pores are for breathing and expelling waste also for ejecting eggs and sperm.
Without these pores it would be a hard live and this shell would probably die with a hard life.
After looking at thousands of these shells I noticed another one with no pores that would have a very hard short life and probably has to stand off its rock with a miserable life. |
