Note
A rare deep water species recently discovered and named. Not known by many specimens and to my knowledge no live specimens ever recorded. This is a representative example , dead taken crabbed. Presents ok especially dorsally but the photos offer the best description. There is a significant chip to the anterior end of the lip. Protoconch and spire is good . Some gloss still present
