| Note | GIANT DARK CARAMEL COLOR WITH FREAK VENTRAL WALL SIDE WOOOOOOW!! The shell present an Exquisite and Elegant glossy aperture with brown-porcelain caramel colors. Elevated long body form. Giant for the population and hard to get this big sizes nowadays with Magnificent conditions. Super undulated lip with the best long incredible denticles and undulated form, amazing teeth in all lip. The most extended elegant wide Columellar lip!! The real huge beauty. There is somehow a kind of freak like plunged wall around the margin side near the ventral part of the columellar. The spire shows a really darker light chocolate color with amazing conditions and superb apex. The Caramel color is really impressive combined with the multiple growth marks as usual making the pattern effect. F++++-F++. For advancer collectors and lovers of this fantastic Family. Searching for these mysterious creatures for years there are some rare cases among them like this dark brownish colorful beauty. One of my Favorite big shells in the pacific with so unique form and sculpture compare with all Tonas species and the biggest of the Maleas species. They are most night active , They are rarely hunting during the day. Hart to find in the day because they are most complete buried. Superb fresh piece!!! Found buried in sand under huge platforms stones about 10m deep. La Manzanillita, between la Manzanilla and El Tamarindo, Jalisco, Mexico. August 2025.
