| Note | Exceptionally dark blotched and outstanding consueta with intense and significant lateral margin tuberculation and a strong hint of a blue halo. The marginata displays significant corrugation on pronounced and sharply flared margins. Dark colored version of the subspecies with a huge coffee/brown/black colored maculae-based blotch. =This is a real top drawer consueta. Taken by Scuba diver at 8-14 meters while feeding on a sponge in a coral reef cave in 4/2018 off Carnac Island, Western Australia. The Zoila presents with an insignificant but palpable wobble on the posterior mid-labral ramp. F+++/GEM. |
