NoteLarge, moderate gloss, cylindrical and elongate specimen. The shell displays a perfect natural lip, protoconch and spire. The shell shows outstanding color and pattern display. There is one strong band centrally made up of fine reticulated tenting with beautiful sienna and bronze pigmentation with outstanding longitudinal striping. The body whorl shows esxcellent body whorl cording. The specimen was collected on a night dive on sand at 20 meters off Hospital Point, Guam in the 90s. The shell exhibits a growth crease off the posterior body whorl/shoulder junction just above the lip/anal notch. There is modest erosion of the protoconch. Grade: F++/F+++.
