Note
Solid shell with a thick natural lip and "magnificent" tenting pattern. The elongate and cylindrical specimen with a rounded shoulder and spiral ridges to the anterior body whorl. Phenomenal display of fine and large white tenting that pops off the dark chocolate brown primary body whorl pigmentation. Gorgeous and esthetic specimen. Collected at low tide, under rocks in sandy area off Tiwi Beach, Sultanate de Oman. The shell shows a growth fold mid-dorsum, erosion of the protoconch and palpable roughness of the anterior lip. Grade: F++/F+++.
