| Note | Divine patterning showing two strong burnt sienna bands that are complemented by hues of dusty mauve pink embedded on the body whorl. The shell is a superb representative of the species with a flawless spire, body whorl and natural lip. The specimen shows an excellent size/weight ratio and superb nacre gloss. (16.3 grams). Taken by Hookah diver at 10-12 meters off Siasi Island, Sulu Sea, Mindanao, Philippines in 10/2002. The specimen exhibits modest erosion of the protoconch. Grade: GEM minus.. |
