NoteHighly inflated, solid, notably rostrated, hyper-mature large specimen with an electric dorsal line. Large fully glossed specimen, with a desirable apricot/peach/gold dorsal blotch, and radically large recurved posterior terminal. Excellent size to weight ratio, impressive symmetry and inflated form (111.9 grams). A real looker. The gastropod was captured off the Great Australian Bight, Eucla, Western Australia on sand substrate at 170 meters in 5/2015. The shell presents a shallow barely noticeable crease on the labral columellar ramp, a few small subtle dorsal concavities and a small dull area on the columellar mid-lateral wall. Grade: F+++/GEM minus.
