NoteImpressive, solid, hyper-glazed specimen that glistens like fine crystal.The deltoid Trona is characterized by a modest dorsal hump and depressed morphology. Wonderful array of fantastic colors on the dorsum, complemented by a black dorsal blotch. The shell shows a strong weight/size ratio (87.7grams) and ultra thick strong calloused and flanged margins showing an incredible blue/grey coloration, not well refelected in the current images. The specimen features a heavily glossed base and presents extremities with thick margins and extremity a tips. Nonetheless, it is undeniably a true beauty among deltoidal specimens. Collected by Scuba diver at 3-5 meters between rock crevices off Port Gentil, Gabon in 2016. The Trona displays a series of small blemishes with glazed concavity on the mid-dorsum hump. F+++.
