SPECIAL SNAKE CRAZY CURVED FORM WOOOOOW!! VERMETIDAE - Tripsycha tulipa (Chenu, 1843). Spectacular once in a lifetime elegant rolled like a "snake" form WOOOW!! This is definitely one of the hard to get specimens removing stones very deep between huge stones and not breaking the shell. It takes me an hour to clean it with ultrasonic machine. Rare original operculum with the best intact and complete rare apex you can get. Some imperfections as usual not really detracting the beauty of this crazy unique form. Some erosion, natural scars of life and multiple microscopic holes here and there. The most impressive shape with elegant forming shell. Something incredible about this unique piece is that it was attached in two large stones and the chances of it coming out intact were almost impossible, but luck was on my side and a magic blow with my tool dislodged it from the two stones. Masterpiece with large size. 67.7mm the shell from apex to aperture together. F++-F+++. The most exceptional high selection of this species with the best form and great conditions. A dream for aesthetic lovers and advancer collectors. Really hard to remove from stones and almost impossible to get intact, natural conditions. Found attached under large stone with mud about 4 to 6m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. November 2025. Value for the most exclusive "elevated rolled snake form" : 35-38 euro.
