NoteWE ARE BACK FOR 2026!! After a busy few months at the end of 2025 we took a short break from the auction; but now we have returned and are ready for a HUGE year offering many exceptional shells! Here is an ULTRA DARK example of this superb species. A RICH EBONY DORSUM has just a handful of small windows of paler markings which become a super vibrant GOLDEN BASE on the underside of the shell. A well rounded shell which has a great SPHERICAL SHAPE to it will not disappoint and as always looks better in the hand than in the images! Gem- with a micro-sand inclusion on the dorsum and many would say Gem. Live taken amongst sponges on the roof of a large limestone overhang amongst sponges at 24m. North West of Rottnest Island, W.A.
