| Note | HUGE SIZE WOOOOOOW!! CALYPTRAEIDAE - Crucibulum scutellatum (Wood, 1828). Once in a lifetime so giant extra rare size with impressive multiple fingers lip. With 66.1mm this is a huge piece for the species. The ventral side shows an hyper gloss conditions with intact lip, the second plate(cavity) lip inside is intact, huge and really elevated. The dorsal side shows an extended -flat seldom seen crazy structural form with an amazing sculpture , natural several warm holes here and there not really detracting this giant beauty. F++-F+++. This species attaches itself to anything and grows according to the shape where it develops forming crazy lip forms. For advancer collectors. Found attached under big muddy stone about 7m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. December 2025. Value for the biggest colossal size combined with rare excellent multiple lip fingers, superb pattern and extra wide body shape-flat : 28-33 euro.
