| Note | Heavy and attractive shell, moderately large and modestly glossy generalis with classic balanced symmetry (90.7 grams). The cone shows an excellent pattern display with desirable symmetrical and consistent color markings. The specimen displays a thick natural lip, strong axial banding and striking longitudinal flammules. Taken by compressor diver at 15-20 meters on sand off Cataban Island, north of Bohol, Philippines in 2018. The shell shows a spire erosion hole and some growth folds on the body whorl towards the natural lip. Grade: F++. |
