NoteHere is a STUNNING DARK RED coloured example of this lovely species. Classic OVATE SHAPE with a wonderful DARK OVERALL colour with GREY MARGINS and a super evenly spread RED/BLACK dorsum. F+++ with a single soft line on the dorsum and a couple of ultra-micro marks on the top but extremely hard to see. Live taken on small orange globe sponge on the roof of a large limestone cavern at 23m. Slamon Bay, South of Rottnest Island, W.A. February 2026
