NoteHere is a SUPER PALE specimen of the Z.venusta family. A white background is covered with SPARCE, ROUND POLKA DOT markings which gives a highly attractive look to the shell. The dorsum is surrounded by a DARK GREY MARGIN which gives a superb CONTASTING appearance to the shell. F++ with a couple of very minor inclusions on the dorsum and a single unfortunate nacre lift just above the margin near the posterior end of the shell. Live taken on sponge on the wall of a large limestone cavern at 24m. North of Rottnest Island, W.A. February 2026
