| Note | Remarkably hyper-glossy, beautifully sculptured and exceptionally patterned beauty from the Western Pacific. The oblong/ovate solid specimen has strong nodules on the shoulder, three intense vermillion red blotched bands, and a coral/flesh white toned semi-ovate aperture. The specimen features an intact protoconch, spire, notch and body whorl. The shell was taken by compressor diver off Coron Island, Northern Palawan, Philippines in 2002. The shell has a few mild/negligible growth folds on the ventral body whorl. Grade: GEM minus. |
