| Note | Giant eburnea, large and bulbous, in perfect condition. A very rare combination of quality and size, it is very difficult to find one exceeding 50 mm, and even rarer.. Dive collected. Impossible to catch nowadays, this gigantic species lives in Nouville Bay at Noumea, where bull sharks and tiger sharks have become sedentary, hence the ban on diving because of the risk of shark attack.
