EXCEPTIONAL EXTENDED SHOULDER SPINES WOOOW!! The shell exhibits the longest shoulder spines you can get for the species from lip to the spire side. The lip spines are extremely and exaggerated long with impeccable intact conditions and thick massive lip. Fabulous spire and very rare intact superb apex. Majestic long spines with brown coloration and white tips. Some how this beauty has some absent spines but doesn't look the have to be there to be aesthetic, not harming this elegant long spines beauty. F+++ Most of the open sea specimens are really ugly with several damage, no spines, erosion, absent apex and even spire, scars and simply impossible to clean with thick calcareous attachments. Inside the lagoon of Barra de Navidad there is a population with superb conditions but really hard to find, they camouflage between dense thick mud-algae and most of them are completely buried making almost impossible sometimes to find. Only for professional and advancer divers. Found in muddy bottom attached between stones about 5-7m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. March 2026.
