SPECIAL YELLOWISH AND BROWN BAND AROUND WOOOOW!! Last Auction I offered a very rare Orange banded and this here is coming with yellowish around the lip side and turning lightly to brown to the spire-apex zone, all of this with green light turquoise and large dark multiple pattern spots all around. The ventral side is really marvelous with green dominant color except for the aperture side with resplendent pearly effect and thick massive unique operculum, amazing brilliant spot of reddish-orange at the base of the umbilical pit which is bordered by a black outer edge, really impressive. Large formidable size with approx. 54mm high x 70mm wide!! Seldom seen in collections and virtually with so fresh colors, awesome sculpture and impressive conditions for the species. Natural insignificant imperfections as usual not really detracting the beauty like erosion near apex and natural growth marks almost lost between the pattern and colors. F++-F+++. For advancer collectors and lovers of special and rare species. Found attached on big stones about 1 to 2m deep Playa el Tecuan, Jalisco, Mexico. January 2026.
