| Note | SKENEIDAE - Haplocochlias concepcionensis (Lowe, 1935). You will not find enough information about this species and almost no pictures. This species is extremely rare with a few found specimens. The only picture I found virtually is from femorale but this here is much more beautiful and with unbelievable pattern. Excellent and intact apex and thick lip. Do not miss this unique change to get this extreme rarity. White dominant background color combined with brown axial bands-spots making a great aesthetic pattern. F+++-Gem. Three months ago, I placed a sack full of dead scallops with multiple holes in it at a depth of 10 meters, and when I pulled it out, I found small species—some common, uncommon and rare. It was a great experiment and a big surprise to find such tiny and varied species. Found inside dead oyster about 10m deep. Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. June 2026.
